What fields are required in the activity form?
- Name: Your full name.

- Start Time and End Time: To log activity duration.
- Activity Description: A detailed explanation of the activity.
- Supervisor Signature: Name of the supervisor.
- Supervisor Home Phone: Contact details for verification.
How do I add multiple activities?
Click the + Add Action button to create a new entry for an activity. You can add as many as you need.
How is Actual Time calculated?
The application automatically calculates the difference between the Start Time andEnd Time in hours.
Can I edit or delete an entry?
Yes! Each entry includes options to edit the fields and a Remove button to delete unwanted entries.
